Research Areas


Professor at Universidade Federal do Paraná, Brazil. Her main research interests are in low-energy electron, positron and photon interactions with molecules. Recently she has been involved in characterization of electronic states of molecules, through ab-initio calculations and VUV photoabsorption spectroscopy; characterization of temporary negative ions, in low-energy electron scattering by molecules, and dissociative pathways; bound states in positron scattering by molecules. She is also engaged in the promotion of gender equality in science.
