VÁCUO Workshop 2026 | March 16

The "VÁCUO Workshop 2026" aims to bring together specialists to promote discussion on deposition methods, materials synthesis, characterization techniques, and vacuum technology in general.

The 2026 edition will take place on Monday, March 16, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at the Auditorium of the Instituto Pedro Nunes, R. Pedro Nunes, 3030-199 Coimbra.

The topics of the Workshop will focus on vacuum technology and applications, functional coatings for industry and fundamental research, with applications in the fields of tribology, biosensors, electronic devices, solar cells, semiconductors, catalysis, vacuum sensors, and nanostructured surfaces.

The scientific program will include 12 oral presentations (maximum 12 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for discussion), covering diverse topics in the field of vacuum technology and applications. Abstract submission is open until March 9.
